Todd and Davis cleaned the carpet at my home today and I was very pleased with their work! They arrived at the time set for my appointment and I did not have to wait within a several hour time window, which was very convenient! They were friendly and talked with me about the work they were going to do. Todd asked about problem areas and gave me advice on how to reduce wear and tear. Todd also did some carpet repair for me in several doorways where the carpet was sliding back from the connecting tile floor. I had several rooms that needed cleaning and multiple doorways that needed repair, but the work was done in a timely manner. It was easy to book my appointment and Todd was very flexible with my schedule. I had checked into other carpet cleaning companies, but Pure Dry Carpet Care offered a lot more for my money. The customer service provided was top notch and I will definitely book with Todd again for my carpet cleaning needs. I highly recommend this company!
