Pure Dry did a wonderful job on our rugs. We had three large rugs cleaned and they were done and back in place within a few days. Luis and Vlad were easy to communicate with and got us in quick. They were also very knowledgeable about the types of rugs we had and what products would work best. We will gladly recommend Todd and his guys to all our friends and continue to take our business here.

I sent an email and received a response immediately to discuss my concerns and service needs. A few days later, a cleaning crew came through serviced to my couch, and (2) bedrooms. I am not only happy with the results, but the customer service that was provided to me and my family! Highly recommend.

They did a great job cleaning our well-used and pet-loved carpets. They cleaned our entire wall-to-wall basement carpet that we had considered replacing, but figured a good cleaning was worth a try. I was amazed at how good it looked, and will definitely call them again to maintain the results. They also cleaned some area rugs, giving them new life as well. Definitely recommend!
