They were prompt on time and very detailed when it came to cleaning the tile inside my Kitchen and bathroom. I have to say Luis R really did come and take care of our carpet for us. Due to another company’s technician coming in with dog poop on the bottom of his boots. Luis really made the carpet spotless and was quick at the job. Thank you!!! Must use their service. Update: we had another mess on the carpet and once again Luis R and his partner came to clean the carpets. I have to say that Luis and his crew didn’t leave any doubt in our mind if it was clean or not. But I have to say he is a professional every time and we are ecstatic every time we see him come to clean because we know it is going to be done right. Todd and Davis cleaned the carpet at my home today and I was very pleased with their work! They arrived at the time set for my appointment and I did not have to wait within a several hour time window, which was very convenient! They were friendly and talked with me about the work they were going to do. Todd asked about problem areas and gave me advice on how to reduce wear and tear. Todd also did some carpet repair for me in several doorways where the carpet was sliding back from the connecting tile floor. I had several rooms that needed cleaning and multiple doorways that needed repair, but the work was done in a timely manner. It was easy to book my appointment and Todd was very flexible with my schedule. I had checked into other carpet cleaning companies, but Pure Dry Carpet Care offered a lot more for my money. The customer service provided was top notch and I will definitely book with Todd again for my carpet cleaning needs. I highly recommend this company!

Apparently using certain pet stain removers leaves a horrible residue that picks up dirt, leaving carpet to look stained. Luis explained this, and more, about carpet care during his visit. Very pleased with this service. Todd responds quickly, Luis was prompt, the service was quick, and now that the carpets are thoroughly dry, we can definitely recommend them!

General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal, Repair flooring

Pure Dry always does a great job! My carpets look like new! I would not trust my floors to anyone else. Todd and his crew really care about their customers. We had a frozen line this winter that caused water spilling from our washing machine into our upstairs hallway. Pure Dry to the rescue! They dried everything out and came back for a cleaning.The carpet looks like new again! Good work! April 2024-Another excellent carpet cleaning with Pure Dry carpet care! Luis spent 3 hours taking great care in every room to make sure my carpets were perfect. We have dogs so the special treatment they apply works really well to keep our spaces clear of stains. I would highly recommend Pure Dry! Our carpet is about 16 years old and it looks like new!👍
