I have to say Luis R really did come and take care of our carpet for us. Due to another company’s technician coming in with dog poop on the bottom of his boots. They did a great job cleaning our well-used and pet-loved carpets. They cleaned our entire wall-to-wall basement carpet that we had considered replacing, but figured a good cleaning was worth a try.
