Todd Vincent of Pure Dry was recommended to me to clean up a very large spill of liquid laundry detergent onto my hardwood floor. He arrived at the appointed time, was courteous and efficient, did a great job with the clean up, and charged fairly. I have to say Luis R really did come and take care of our carpet for us. Due to another company’s technician coming in with dog poop on the bottom of his boots. Luis really made the carpet spotless and was quick at the job. Thank you!!! Must use their service. Update: we had another mess on the carpet and once again Luis R and his partner came to clean the carpets. I have to say that Luis and his crew didn’t leave any doubt in our mind if it was clean or not. Pure Dry always does a great job! My carpets look like new! I would not trust my floors to anyone else. Todd and his crew really care about their customers. We had a frozen line this winter that caused water spilling from our washing machine into our upstairs hallway. Pure Dry to the rescue! Luis spent 3 hours taking great care in every room to make sure my carpets were perfect. We have dogs so the special treatment they apply works really well to keep our spaces clear of stains. I would highly recommend Pure Dry carpet cleaning services! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I used them prior to the holidays for the hallway, stairs, and bedroom carpet cleaning. They had not been professionally done in years. They look beautiful after Pure Dry cleaned them! The technicians even gave me advice on keeping up with old and new pet stains. Also, I recently had them clean the upholstery of my sectional, two Ottomans, and an overstuffed chair. They look like new! Apparently using certain pet stain removers leaves a horrible residue that picks up dirt, leaving carpet to look stained. Luis explained this, and more, about carpet care during his visit. Very pleased with this service. Todd responds quickly, Luis was prompt, the service was quick, and now that the carpets are thoroughly dry, we can definitely recommend them!
