We had Todd from Pure Carpet Care do some minor repairs to 2 spots our dog had messed up the carpet. Todd was very professional and caring. Highly recommend and will do business again in the future.

Pure Dry did a wonderful job on our rugs. We had three large rugs cleaned and they were done and back in place within a few days. Luis and Vlad were easy to communicate with and got us in quick. They were also very knowledgeable about the types of rugs we had and what products would work best. We will gladly recommend Todd and his guys to all our friends and continue to take our business here.

We sent four rugs of various materials to Pure Dry and they all came back looking like new. Todd was very knowledgeable and helpful in processing our cleaning and wrapping for return. All around a great service for a reasonable price. Strongly recommend!

I will only hire Todd when I need anything done with my carpets! He did an excellent job stretching carpet in several rooms and on the steps. He also cleaned a wool area rug and removed a spot that I couldn’t. When it’s time to replace carpets on our second floor, I will definitely call him. His prices are fair and he shows up when he promised!
