I will only hire Todd when I need anything done with my carpets! He did an excellent job stretching carpet in several rooms and on the steps. He also cleaned a wool area rug and removed a spot that I couldn’t. When it’s time to replace carpets on our second floor, I will definitely call him. His prices are fair and he shows up when he promised!

Apparently using certain pet stain removers leaves a horrible residue that picks up dirt, leaving carpet to look stained. Luis explained this, and more, about carpet care during his visit. Very pleased with this service. Todd responds quickly, Luis was prompt, the service was quick, and now that the carpets are thoroughly dry, we can definitely recommend them!

This is my 3rd time using Pure Dry Carpet Care. They consistently do an amazing job! Luis and Vlad arrived on time, to the minute and were polite and professional. Surprisingly, they removed a very large makeup stain in my daughter's room that had been there for months. I will always call Pure Dry for my carpet/upholstery cleaning needs!

Responsiveness, Punctuality, Professionalism

I have to say Luis R really did come and take care of our carpet for us. Due to another company’s technician coming in with dog poop on the bottom of his boots. Luis really made the carpet spotless and was quick at the job. Thank you!!! Must use their service. Update: we had another mess on the carpet and once again Luis R and his partner came to clean the carpets. I have to say that Luis and his crew didn’t leave any doubt in our mind if it was clean or not. But I have to say he is a professional every time and we are ecstatic every time we see him come to clean because we know it is going to be done right. Thank you again Luis R and your partner for the awesome job!!! Must use this Company!!!!!

They did a great job cleaning our well-used and pet-loved carpets. They cleaned our entire wall-to-wall basement carpet that we had considered replacing, but figured a good cleaning was worth a try. I was amazed at how good it looked, and will definitely call them again to maintain the results. They also cleaned some area rugs, giving them new life as well. Definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Pure Dry carpet cleaning services! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I used them prior to the holidays for the hallway, stairs, and bedroom carpet cleaning. They had not been professionally done in years. They look beautiful after Pure Dry cleaned them! The technicians even gave me advice on keeping up with old and new pet stains. Also, I recently had them clean the upholstery of my sectional, two Ottomans, and an overstuffed chair. They look like new! I would highly recommend Pure Dry carpet cleaning services and I will definitely use them again in the future.
